Speed-Trap

Speed-Trap is a provider of software that uses Web 2.0 technology to capture and deliver complete, real-time data on every individual on-line customer and prospect, based on detailed analysis of their current and historic on-line behaviour and experience – complete on-line customer insight.

Software solutions built using Speed-Trap are being used to drive, monitor and measure on-line marketing activity, business processes and real-time content management systems.

These include applications such as campaign management, customer segmentation, customer experience monitoring and on-line performance measurement. Other customers are using the technology to monitor key business metrics, to provide operational insight crucial for website design and for on-line fraud prevention.

At the end of the Transformation phase, the system contains data models which contain all the customer, behavioural, environmental, performance, content and transactional data distilled and extracted from the data Captured from the user's interactions with the site or application.

The deliver phase of our solutions focuses on presenting the data contained in these models in the formats needed to support your business processes and business users. This presentation/delivery may be via user reporting tools or via programatic APIs or SQL database schema.

  • Reporting and Dashboards
    A reporting interface with a set of standard reports that provide insight from campaign ROI  to network performance and from usability to path analysis. These are presented via a high performance client-side, OLAP-based reporting tool.

    This provides interactive segmentation and a wide range of graphical and tabular reporting suited to intermediate and power users. Additionally, a designer mode allows new reports to be defined and also the definition of user-specific standalone dashboards for management and operational reporting.

  • Real-time (Click-Time™) Session and Customer State Web Services Interface
    The Real-Time-Engine (RTE) provides instant access to real-time session state informaiton, allowing web applicaitons to simply retrieve data on the current session, and historic information on the customer using the site or applicaiton. This provides fully contextualised business event state, including campaign, seatch, transaction goal and other key session parameters. All this is delivered in real to drive real-time via a SOAP/Web Service interface and is designed to support the development of personalisation and marketing applications with sub-second response times, scalable solutions for the largest sites.

  • Detailed Data Stores
    An SQL databases using a pre-defined data model that provides a fully integrated set of tables linked to session and customerID recording complete customer experience and behaviour. This is ideally suited to drive advanced BI applicaitons including modelling and analytical applications. Similarly, this data can be used to drive targetted marketing and personalised marketing campaigns.

  • E-mail Reporting
    An automated production reporting system delivering scheduled e-mail reports to defined distribution lists in Word, Excel, PDF or HTML formats for Executive or Production reporting.

  • Ticker Reporting
    Standalone ticker reporting dashboards for call and support centre displays, desk-top executive “ticker” displays with customised dashboard layouts.

  • Business Alerts
    An automated real-time Business Process Monitoring (BPM/BAM) application that dispatch immediate e-mail or SMS alerts when important changes occur to key business parameters, behavioural patterns or site/applicaiton statistics.

  • XML Data Interfaces
    An open XML interface which provides simple name/date-based informaiton retrieval, providing complete access to any database tables created by the system.

  • Customer History and Audience Profile
    A fully automatic CRM support system which compiles customer records from the collected data, stores key historic behaviours, computes RFM scores and delivers this via an open SQL database and by augmenting the real-time session records built by RTE with long-term customer data.
